Is there a way to upgrade from 1.2.9 to 1.2.10 without losing your configuration?

  you can install right over the top of it, but as always back up your data and config files to be on the safe side
  \webserv\apache\conf <-- everything in the dir
  \webserv\mysql\data <-- everything in the dir
  \webserv\php\php.ini
  
  are the most common files to back up
