Using Vista
Whenever I change php.ini, I need to restart Apache.
The offered methodes don't work.
However, in vista you can start taskmgr and see all the running services.
But you can't stop apache because you aren't the administrator.
To do this, you have to locate taskmgr.exe and 'run as Administrator'.
This saved be alot of time.
