Where can I find more information about webperf.
Specifically, I'm looking for answers to the following:

1)  How taxing is the agent on a machine?  i.e.  how many pages
are downloaded per agent per hour?  Is there a max size allowed 
for a url?  Is the agent considered stable?

2)  How do you submit a url, how often is a url polled, and how 
many urls can each agent submit?

3) How many running agents are there currently?  What countries
 are they located in?
