[Webperf-general] Webperf 1.08 released

Due to feedback on the list, HTTPS support is now been made optional.
the ./mkDefaults will ask if you want to measure HTTPS URL's and will 
not download HTTPS urls to your machine
if you do not say 'Y' for this option.
