[Webperf-general] webperf with 70kB/sec ADSL connection?

Hello,

I've got an ADSL connection, with static IPs, that has an upload max
of about 70kB/sec.  Would I have any problem using webperf?

I have a couple URLs that I'd like to monitor, but is it ok for me to
also monitor my friends servers?  I would never charge any money for
this of course.
