#91 Option to change logout menu option name

In order to allow LTI launches of WebPA 2 to change the name of the logout menu option, I would like to request that line 107 of includes/classes/class_ui.php be changed from

if (!array_key_exists('logout', $menu)) {

to

if (!array_key_exists('logout', $menu) && !isset($_SESSION['logout_url'])) {

This should not have any impact on non-LTI access to WebPA.
