Hello all

WARNING : this is a beta release for a new major version

main changes are :

- all the batch scripts are recoded

- new action system : this will allow execute some actions on some conditions on module parameters values, for example on heavy load problem, set a condition as ( load > 5) , and get the list of process using cpu.
action configuration is available from https://localhost:10000/sysstats/config_action.cgi?idx=module_name (or from list of links at bottom of configure page)


please test it and send me a report
