hello folks

this is a bug-fix release :

- - change cron file permission to fix cron problem from 0.10.4 release
- - fix bug when use of apache proxy
- - change release check : now only use one http request
- - (all modules) remove stderr for aquisition in "normal" mode (stderr
can be still be seen in "debug" mode)
