hello

I release the 0.7.4 version today
this is mainly a bug-fix version :

- fix a bug in start/stop cron from interface
- fix a bug in cpu module for multiproc

with internals changes :
- change cpu module algo from sampling to real cpu use
- suppress useless use of cat
- add cvs id to have a real and up-to-date file ident
