[Webminstats-updates] new modules for bash compatibility

hello

I just release new modules version to have sysstats work on "old"
distributions (as redhat 6.2)
cpu-0.7.4
disk-0.7.2
irq-0.7.2
users-0.2.2
network-0.7.2

- I remove bash 2 syntaxe as possible
- and the shell-scripts who needs arrays (irq, disk) have now explicit
call to bash2
