[Webminstats-updates] webminstats: 1.0 (stable) released

I'm very glad to release (at least) the 1.0 version

the major change are a much better module upgrade
and a new module based on netstat

bugfix :
- fix bug in get_pre_id sub wich produce bug when delete a parameter
(remove_vol)

incompatibilities :

new features :
- new upgrade system : first working without conflicts
- new netstat module : show number of connections to internal/external
services
- fix file perm on installed files

improvement :
- batch tools : add control on config reading (and die if failed)
- footer now display common links
- use tri_config in write_file_hash to sort config files
- change test_file to test/diagnostic unconfigured entry
