[Webman-cms-user] Upload in Forms

sorry for the late answer, but a preview of a form does not show a 
working upload field, because those uploads are stored in the db and 
during a preview ( a test run) it does not make any sense.
If you create a content based on that form, you will be able to work 
with the upload field.
