I'm the one who provided the inital patch and was too lazy/busy to provide
appropriate documentation. 

The system consists of two parts: the <lang> tag and an extended
metainformation system.

You find a simple example attached to this email. I'm leaving for the
weekend right now, so I can't give a more detailed wmk file.

If there are more questions I'll answer them later.
