I waited a while and tried this again, but it still doesn't respond for me.  As a double check I telnet'ed into my company's external server, which is hosted by a completely different ISP and tried it there too, but it doesn't connect.  I used 'wget http://wiki.webmacro.org/' as my test on the remote machine.  Naturally 'wget http://www.webmacro.org/' fetches the webmacro home page just fine.
