[Webmacro-devel] RethrowableException and URLEncoder patch/code for WebMacro

I submitted some code; a suggestion of a better java 1.4 compliant 
"NestedException" that doesn't emit those annoying double stacktraces when 
running on JVM >=1.4, and an URLEncoder that takes an encoding, thus 
working (!).

This doesn't seem to be in the cvs. Is there any reason for this? Can I do 
anything to make that happen?
