I have just completed the commit to wiki for version 3.1.

This release is documented at http://webmacro.org/WebMacroWiki

This is a slick upgrade. Use this release whenever you want to enjoy 
control over a collaborative, private, invitation-only wiki. To my 
knowledge, there are not a lot of Wiki's out there which offer both 
public,anonymous run mode  as well as the secure, private run mode.

Furthermore, I have started on remote administration: once you get the 
wiki running you can administer it remotely. This is also going to be 
very cool once complete. (You can hand over the administration of the 
wiki to someone whom you do not want to give server access. Cool, huh?)

The cvs commit will be tested out this week. No doubt I missed some 
files and it is not fully baked. I will work this out this week.
