[Webmacro-devel] Another NextRelease page update

Because there seem to be at least a few people into the following ideas I 
have added them to the "Agreed" list on the page:

* the WM webapp reload issue * the full lazy impl of CTs that Brian has now 
done
* the separate "WM optional" source branch and binary

If I have jumped the gun at all on these please say so, but I don't think I 
have.

But then, we haven't had votes for any of these so maybe I am. :(
