This is (passing buck) Lane's code :-)

It's the filesystem-based VLH. It sounds like you did have the files (or it 
would never have worked) and you have deleted them while Ignition is 
running. They are auto-generated if they do not exist, but I suspect only 
at startup.

So, if you deleted/moved a directory (or your mounts/drive names changed) 
called /deploy then that would explain it.

Try restarting your servlet container.
