Eric, are you using Lucene for searching the Wiki? If so, a trick which
makes this work pretty easily is to replace the Analyzer with one that
breaks up SmooshedTogetherWords, so 

  FooBarBaz 

gets tokenized as

  FooBarBaz Foo Bar Baz

We did this in a recent Lucene project and it worked like a charm.
