[Webmacro-devel] #bean in WM defaults

Hey I don't recall the decision to put #bean in the default list of 
directives in 1.1, but it's there :(

Either way, the Wiki docs need updating to reflect this, as BeanDirective 
is still listed as optional on the AllDirectives page.
