[Webmacro-devel] Find out which ContextTools exist?

...is there any way at runtime to find out which ContextTools are defines 
for a WM instance, without looking at the settings properties file? i.e. 
some kind of Broker.get("contextTools") thing?

I should make it so my webapp's help pages can show help for the context 
tools that are provided.

I think it would be nicer to ask WM for this info instead of looking at the 
properties file in case we have a full settings abstraction in future and 
they are no longer in a properties file :-)
