That's bizarre. I've never heard of any "reserved" query parameters in any 
W3C standards. That's very crap indeed.

Can anyone provide any more detailed info on this? I'll have a look around 
myself. I've used action= in web applications to date with no problems at 
all, but we weren't mailing links to people.
