[Webmacro-devel] License and repository in place for 2.1-RC1-SNAPSHOT

Hi all, 

License now at http://webmacro.sourceforge.net/license.html, 
next publication should see funny characters go. 
This was posted to the list and I assume was what people signed. 

You should be able to set http://webmacro.sourceforge.net/maven2/ as a 
maven repository and pickup snapshot builds.

I have chosen 2.1-RC1-SNAPSHOT as the current version, 
hope that is right. 

I will need to move src down to src/main/java next, 
which I would do by cvs surgery - any objections?
