I'm sorry I haven't got back to you earlier. I had gone on holidays pretty much the same week as when I posted those bug and support requests. On coming back, I found that my colleague had installed another forum software that was a bit more mature.
I still believe webknotes is better, but I haven't had the time to test the latest version. I hope to do so soon and then try to convince management to let me run with it instead.
