0.2.2 Released

Hey all,

Just a small update which includes new window events and various minor changes, as well as a new WebKit build with SSL support. To use this new WebKit build, some of you with automatic updates disabled may need to install a Visual C++ 2005 runtime security update which was released last week. This can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=766a6af7-ec73-40ff-b072-9112bab119c2&displaylang=en.

I'm planning on having a look at the state of DOM access stuff in WebKit over the coming few weeks, as this is a fairly major piece of functionality that we're currently missing. I'll keep you updated on how it goes...
