[Webit-discuss] semantics of redundant transformers

It's not clear from the docs what the semantics is for redundant 
transformers, e.g.:

     (stylesheet
       ...
       (xml-macro foo ...)
       ...
       (xml-macro foo ...)
       ...)

or more importantly,

     (compound-stylesheet
       (stylesheet ... (xml-macro foo ...) ...)
       ...
       (stylesheet ... (xml-macro foo ...) ...)
       ...)
