create a view closed deal so admins can view closed
bugs/tasks/workflow for processing information or to
see what or who is doing what. Also color code
priority or due date information so that one can find
tasks or workflow that is late

This will be hard to do everything should have a closed
state or finished state but hard to say what it will be
because of the configuration of the application. Since we
hard code nothing of the sort
