WebInspector v 0.21

I decided to remove the old versions of WebInspector. I found a few problems with the program and project structure and decided to change it a bit. The previous releases are definitely outdated and not needed anymore.

Moreover, currently there's no support for Windows OS. It's going to work in the near future.

WebInspector still misses a few functions. The most important are:
- ignore selected content: many websites contain dynamic text that should be ignored by WebInspector; maybe this feature will be added in the future releases
- allow checking websites where login is necessary, such as forums

I still cannot say when these features will be implemented but they are on the TODO list :).
