#1 Record button not visible with Windows 7 125% font

[Kempelen]

The button row is below the text on the main page. When you set Windwos 7 to 125% font (or it even has a 150% option), the buttons are pushed out that window.

Recommended solution: move buttons and checkbox to top, and allow scrolling that window if text is longer due to Windows settings.
