Some people experience problems when opening the old .tar file => only 1 file visible.

I uploaded a new package (same version of WebIEdit) as tar.gz format (much smaller).
This package is tested and contains ALL files.

The current version of WebIEdit will run with Internet Explore 6+.

IE 5 will give less functionality:
-No fonts
-No colors
-Less fancy
