Well, let me think:
- There is the busy indicator in the screen and on the mouse
- The styling is done for the settings panel
- The calendar panel has got some cosmetic changes (gray/back for
inactive/active and the icons as you pointed out). The boxes will display
the calendars color in a next release.
- The context-menu in the ajax view (just rigth-click on a calendar)
- Just about everyting in the ajaxview is done with ajax callbacks now
except for the views
