Well, not really. The integration we did includes a standard callback method providing an AjaxRequestTarget. This way you can react in a standard wicket way to component events and update the page contents accordingly. I'm in progress of refactoring the yui uintegration we did and I'll try to get it into the wicket-contrib-yui project. The only problem here is that we probably need to get it intergated into the wicket-2.0 branch as the active development is done there. That means we probabley need to refactor a lot in the webical components. The joda time classes he mentions seem promissing, but Jochem already spent a great deal of effort to handle the timezones consitentlty.
