First webical plugin release

We're proud to release our first webical plugin. This plugin enables webical to work with caldav backends.
As this is a 0.1 release, please treat it as such. It won't be stable enough to use with your precious data.
Just use it to give it a try and let us know where the problems lie.

An INSTALL file is included in the zip, but it shouldn't be to hard to install. Just drop it in your plugin
packages directory and restart webical...
