#71 WebHuddle options should be 'live' ie, bandwidth seetings
Currently many WebHuddle options can be configured in the webhuddle.properties file, in <jboss>/bin. For changes to take effect, however, jboss mus be restarted.
It would be nice if changes could be picked up right away without the need for any restart.
