#107 VALIDATIO ERROR: Error uploading your file

Have Webhuddle installed on a XP SP2 box, 1,5 GB ram, AMD Sempron 2 GHz, OpenOffice 2.3.,
Firefox 3.0.7 with Java SE 6 U13 plugin.
I cannot upload my ppt files most of the times. Sometimes uploading works,
but the most part of the times I keep receiving the error:

Error uploading your file. Confirm it is a .ppt or .sxi file (or a .zip file containing GIF/JPEG images)

Rather annoying. Moreover, it is not a configuration problem, IMHO, since uploading fails
only *SOME* of the times, while other time it works. Note that I care to *start* Openoffice
(I open OO Impress) before trying to upload files.

Every suggestions/help welcome.

P.S. BTW, is this project still maintained somehow or has it been drop by the developer(s)?
I love the product but don't want to install it on a production environment without guaranteees
on the maintenace.
