Recording feature on Webhuddle not in sync with XOP webapp

Steps to recreate:

1. Login as super admin and create conference where the WEB checkbox has been
selected. Turn Recording feature on.
2. Forward the appropriate link to a participant and have him join the meeting
3. Have both participants call into the conference
4. Super admin navigates to Realview and turns recording on
5. Check out the recording icon on the Webhuddle session

Actual Result: Recording feature on Webhuddle should have got enabled once the
recording was enabled on Realview

Expected Result: Webhuddle Recording function to keep in sync with XOP
