Webhuddle lock function to keep in sync with Realview Lock

Steps to recreate:

1. Login as super admin and create conference where the WEB checkbox has been
selected.
2. Forward the appropriate link to a participant and have him join the meeting
3. Have both participants call into the conference
4. Super admin navigates to Realview and under Details checks Locked checkbox
5. Check out the lock icon on the Webhuddle session

Actual Result: Locking feature on Webhuddle should have got enabled once the
locking was enabled in Realview

Expected Result: Webhuddle Lock function to keep in sync with XOP
