Participant remains in the Webconf after the moderator is ejected

Steps to recreate:

1. Login as moderator and create conference where the WEB checkbox has been
selected.
2. Forward the appropriate link to a participant and have him join the meeting
3. Moderator ejects himself from the meeting (this might be a bug that it is
currently allowed)

Actual Result: after moderator is ejected from the meeting, the participant
remains in the webconference and is able to submit questions, use the chat
session, etc

Expected Result: either disallow the moderator to leave the meeting through the
eject function or end up the participant session as well after moderator is no
longer in the meeting
