#1 Conflict with session.auto_start

After hours of fight and struggle I've discovered that if
you have session.auto_start=on in php.ini, the
question.gif icon will be anchored to a
useless "javascript:PopUpWin(".
All other parameters are lost.
It seems that this strange behaviour is also influenced
by the symbol "<" in the line 132 of helpfuncs.inc i.e.

$link = "<a href=javascript:PopUpWin('$row->...... etc.
