#27 Support for indexing password protected sites.

We need to support indexing password protected sites. Adding host
and username information in the command line doesn't appear to work
(and as it produces objects containing authorisation information that's
a bad idea, anyway).

David A Nowitz has submitted a patch to take User / Password arguments
as part of the RootNode configuration, which will add this functionality.
However, it doesn\'t support realms.
