#21 Provide URLLimit per host
Another "son-of-bug #102147".
It would be useful to be able to perform some forms of "count" filtering on
a per host basis.
In fact, the only one I can think of for this at the moment is "URLLimit",
and this would be really useful - if we could say "gather 10 URLs per
host visited"
