Webfwlog 1.1.2 has been released. This is mostly a maintenance release, see Changelog for details.

Webfwlog 1.1.0 has been released, and adds support for maxmind's geoip location databases. See README.geoip in the distribution tarball for more info.

Webfwlog-1.01 has been released and can be downloaded from sourceforge or http://devel.webfwlog.net. This is a build system maintenance release to fix issues finding MySQL and postgresql library and header files on some debian and debian derived systems, such as Ubuntu. See INSTALL for updated build instructions.

This is a maintainence release, mostly to fix numerous but harmless PHP notice-level message about uninitialized variables.

Webfwlog 0.93 has been released. This release fixed a potential security issue (CVE-2007-0585) and has other new features and bug fixes.

My distribution script inadvertently left out ipfw.c from the webfwlog-0.91 and webfwlog-0.92 tarballs, so if you do not have flex installed you will likely get a compiler error complaining about a missing object flex_ipfw. If you experince this you can either install flex or download the missing file below.

webfwlog-0.92 has been released. It adds the abiity to accept an arbitrary column definition for ulog queries and has other new features and bug fixes

Webfwlog-0.91 has been released. This version fixes a SQL injection vulnerability and adds support for ipfw and Windows XP log file formats. It also has many other new features and bug fixes. See the ReleaseNotes and ChangeLog for details.

It is recommended that users of all previous versions of webfwlog upgrade to the latest version.

The final version of webfwlog-0.90 has been released. This version has support
for system logs as well full support for ulogd data. It also has other new features and bug fixes.

Webfwlog-0.90-rc2 has been released, and has some new features including better management of the hostname and service name caches, and also has some bugfixes. See the Changelog for details.

Unless something major comes up, I expect the next release to be the final webfwlog-0.90 release.

webfwlog-0.90-pre4 has been released, and contains many usablility enhancements and bug fixes, and is close to being feature-complete moving toward the final webfwlog-0.90 release.

webfwlog-0.87 has been released and contains some usablility enhancements and bug fixes. This will be the last release of the 0.8x series, the next production release will be 0.90, which supports standard system logs in addition to ulogd data and has other new features. webfwlog-0.90-pre3 has been released and contains numerous bug fixes and enhancements. This tarball contains the source for the syslog parser, which was previously distributed as a separate package. You can download it from sourceforge in the files section of the webfwlog project.

Webfwlog now supports standard netfilter system logs in a pre-release version. You will need to download both webfwlog-0.90-pre2 and wfwl_syslog-0.70-pre2. You can get them and more information at:

Webfwlog 0.85 has been released. Added are some options to tune PHP, and it also fixes some annoying bugs while drilling-down on reports. I believe I have squashed all the bugs on the drill-down function. If you find any I missed please let me know.

The 0.84 release of webfwlog contained a bug affecting usability while 'drilling-down' on reports. I have released 0.84a which solves this problem.
