#1 login button causes screen refresh.

I extracted this to the directory, edited the config
file for my new username/password as well as the
directories, and when I goto the index page, whenever I
click the login button, it simply refreshes the screen.
It does it for the encrypted password generator, too.
Is there something special I have to enable in my php
setup for this to work?
