WebFileSystem 2 released

Changes from last release: (WebFileSystem 1.3)
1.Added an important feature :
send mail to a list of recipients (they don't have to hold an account on the site)
with coded links to files for download - trace their activity in the site's history

This is the main feature that made webfilesystem move on to version 2

2.Fixed all download bugs - no 'file header' error

3.Add specific quotas for users in the config.php file
( soon to be enabled to any administrator on the interface)

4. Added the user mail notification alert :

There is activity in a folder shared to me by someone else

5. The project has it's own web-site now, not a very impressing design , but functional !
