#7 Problems

Ok i got the thing installed and it looked cool then i
tryed making a file when i did a page came up "cannot
be displayed" I hit refresh and the file i mad was there.
Every time I make a file or a folder it does this I dont
know why can you help it also does this when i search
for something on the program. Can some one help me
with this problem thanks O and if you know how to
make multyuser name login's please tell me how I am
bad with PHP.
