#4 Handling creates fatal errors IIS5

While publishing this site from IIS5 (windows 2000
server, SP4, IE6.1 (patched)) all presents well in the
web browser of the client until the command to create
directory, change directory or delete directory is
parsed by the server and corrupting the processes that
hold IIS running, resulting in the entire remote crash
of the server.
