webEditor is not a full featured CMS like OpenCMS, it is intended to make news handling easier. You can make it part of your website, might be as the news region (this is for most sites the almost frequented page) or if you have regions in your site like simple text areas (with pictures). But no complex frame or table handling, sophisticated JavaScript or something like this. At the present moment it has no roles or other grouping features.
In short, it is for all purposes a full featured CMS is too complex.
