#1 There is a bug with adding new subnets

There is a minor bug with adding new subnets in release
1.20. When a user submits a new static entry to DHCP,
the clients web browser appears to hang. In reality,
its waiting for the server to respond to the request.
In the DHCP server's log files, the user may see an
entry similar to this

"Insecure $ENV{PATH} while running with -T switch at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/Webdhcp_Server.pm
line 743, <CONFIG> line 13365"

You must restart the webdhcp server to release the
client and apply the "Webdhcp_Server.diff" patch to the
"Webdhcp_Server.pm" file in the source tree. Then you
must do a "make install".
