WebDevStudio 1.3 released

WebDevStudio is an IDE based on PHP technology. Users would be designing computer application projects through Web clients such as Internet Explorer or Firefox with the advantage of not being worried about file managing/compiling/building.

WebDevStudio-1.3 has been released. Here are the changes since 1.2:
- New code editor with highlighting (Codepress).
- Disabled Win32 projects.
- Deleted show function of project section.
- Fixed some translation bugs.
