Cyrus WebAdmin Tools / News: Recent posts

After much work, and many nights, I have dropped a first delivery of the application. It can actually create, drop and reconstruct Cyrus IMAPD mailboxes. The system is already able to handle multiple servers, so it can be applied on server farms with multiple mail servers. I am already working on the LDAP authentication backend and the ACL control for the Mailboxes.

I am already writing some code for the application, but some help should be appreciated, especially from people with a good knowledge of LDAP usage under PHP. I would like to deliver the application with IMAP functionalities in next two weeks.

As necessity of managing a Mail server based on the Cyurs Imapd server, I decided to create a webbased tool to keep the server under control and allowing me to configure it and change information using a simple interface instead of the commandline Cyradm Tool. If someone has some good idea or wishes to help me, I'll appreciate that! :) Hope the work will be completed soon.
